While new to the Only Grass team, Wendy’s background in building high-performing teams and developing people makes her a powerful addition to the company’s growth strategy. She serves as the voice and face of Only Grass—leading customer engagement, strengthening relationships, and elevating the overall client experience. Wendy is also the voice behind some of the company’s commercials, helping bring the brand to life and connect with customers in a meaningful way.
Wendy leads the company’s Sod Division, where she combines her people-first approach with a results-driven mindset to ensure every project is handled with professionalism, clarity, and care. Her ability to understand both team dynamics and customer needs allows her to bridge operations and sales seamlessly.
